Snowflake as the data warehouse behind your sales and marketing
Snowflake is a cloud data warehouse: one place where your CRM, campaign, web and billing data live in order, and where your dashboards get their numbers. It runs as a managed service on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, so there are no servers to look after. You pick the cloud and the region, and you spend your time on the data instead of the infrastructure.
Sales teams usually come to Snowflake out of fatigue. Manual exports every Monday, a spreadsheet joining HubSpot with the ERP that only its author understands, numbers that change depending on who pulls them. As Snowflake consultants, we set it up so that data arrives on its own, is defined once and reads the same for everyone.
Separate storage and compute, in plain English
In Snowflake, data is stored in one place and the power to query it is switched on separately, in what Snowflake calls virtual warehouses. Picture one shared archive with several crews working on it: one loads data overnight, another serves dashboards in the morning, a third runs the analysts' heavy queries. Because they do not share the same machine, none of them slows the others down.
The practical effect shows up on the bill. Storage and compute are paid for separately, and a virtual warehouse nobody is using suspends itself after the idle time you configure. Getting sizes, auto-suspend and usage alerts right is part of the job, and you notice it at the end of the month.
Sharing data with distributors and agencies, under your control
Snowflake lets you share data with another Snowflake account without copying it. The other side queries live data, sees only what you expose, and you can revoke access whenever you want. It works well for giving a distributor its own sales figures or an agency its campaign results, without opening anything else.
Inside the company, access is organized by roles. With row access and masking policies, depending on your Snowflake edition, each rep sees only their own accounts and per-customer margins stay hidden from anyone who does not need them.

Snowflake consulting FAQ
Snowflake or BigQuery?
Both work well as a sales and marketing warehouse; BigQuery is the natural pick if you are already on Google Cloud and use GA4, which exports straight to BigQuery, while Snowflake suits you if you want to choose your cloud or share data with other companies that use it.
Can our data stay in Europe?
Yes. Snowflake offers European regions on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, and you choose the region when the account is created.
We already have Snowflake. Can you help?
Yes. We review roles, spend and models, fix what needs fixing and connect what is missing, without starting from scratch.
Do you work as a Snowflake consultant outside Spain?
Yes. We are based in Madrid and work with companies across Europe.
